Every one of Rowena Carter Haye’s children was presented with a beautiful, handcrafted quilt in the Dresden Plate pattern, including her daughter, the owner of the property and that is the reason this particular pattern was chosen to grace this barn. Rowena has made many quilts for all her children, grandchildren and now great grandchildren.
